“葛均波：弘扬新时代科学家精神”

全国政协第13届第3次会议第2次全体会议于5月24日上午在人民大会堂召开。 全国政协委员、复旦大学生物医学研究院院长、中国科学院院士葛均波在发言中表示，新时期为科技工作者提供了创业成功的好机会，科学家精神正好在那时发挥了正当的势头。

5月24日，全国政协委员、复旦大学生物医学研究院院长葛均波在全国政协第13届3次会议第2次全体会议上发言说:“当前，我国科技事业处于发展最快时期，但仍面临一点问题和挑战。”

葛均波说，急功近利、浮躁浮夸、“轮”文化等现象还在发生。

他说:“科技行业的作风和学风建设都很重要。 科学家精神正好在那个时候弘扬其势头。 ”。

他呼吁科学家群体爱国、创新、求真，自觉实践献身、协同、育人的新时期科学家精神，“新时期为科技工作者提供了开始工作的好机会”。
